Deviled Eggs


  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Mayo
  • 3/4 Cup Sadie’s Relish
  • Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Hard boil eggs. Once cooled, peel and cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a bowl, mix yolks, mayo and Sadie’s Relish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill egg halves with yolk mixture and ENJOY!

Steak Tacos


  • 16 oz. Steak (your choice of cut)
  • Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Sadies Relish
  • 1 Lime
  • Soft Taco Shells
  • Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Season and sauté steak to your liking. Cut steak in thin slices. Fill tacos with beef, add one Tbsp. of both Feta and Sadie’s Relish. Finish off with a squirt of lime and relish this moment!

Chicken Sliders


  • 5lbs. Chicken Breast Chopped into 3″ pieces
  • 6 Hawaiian Rolls
  • A Block of Galbani Mozzarella
  • 1 Jar of Sadie’s Relish
  • Sliced Pickles
  • 2 Eggs 
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion Powder
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Butter

Cooking Instructions:

Heat oil for frying.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Whisk eggs to create an egg wash. Dip chicken in egg wash followed by panko bread crumbs. Fry for 12 mins (flipping after 6 mins).

Toast rolls in a lightly buttered pan to brown. Add chicken, a slice of mozzarella, pickles, and a Tbsp. of Sadies Relish and top with roll. Enjoy!
